Poland is trying to get citizens to breed like rabbits in an advertisement aimed to alleviate the country’s low birthrate.
The short advertisement uses the rabbit as a narrator to explain that exercise, eating a well-balanced meal and having little stress is key to having large families.
“If you ever want to be a parent, follow the example of rabbits,” the narrator says in the video.
The video shows rabbits happily playing by a couple on a picnic. The advertisement also features a wine glass turned upside down to dissuade couples from drinking so that they can become pregnant.
Despite the low birthrates, Poland’s birthrate has increased between 2016 and 2017. In 2016, 385,000 children were born and in 2017 410,000-420,000 births are expected, according to Family Minister Elżbieta Rafalska, reported Radio Poland.
