‘Sunday Night Football’ Ratings Jump Up From Last Week

NBC’s ratings for “Sunday Night Football” jumped up from last week’s by seven percent in early numbers, according to Deadline.

The 24-10 victory by the Seattle Seahawks over the Philadelphia Eagles Sunday night in Washington lead to an increase in the ratings, despite several players sitting or kneeling during “The Star Spangled Banner.”

Last night’s Week 13 matchup scored a 13.1/22 in metered market results, showing an increase over last week’s game between the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Green Bay Packers. That game in final numbers came in with a 6.0/20 among adults ages 18-49 and 18.95 million viewers.

In addition, Sunday night’s NFC battle showed an increase of 14 percent in metered market results from last year, which scored a 6.1/19 in the key demographic with 17.75 million viewers.
